Please note: the National Office for Identity Data (RvIG) itself does not register individuals and does not alter personal data in the Non-residents Records Database (RNI). Registration in the RNI is possible at any of the 19 RNI service counters across the Netherlands.
Here you can digitally download, complete and print out the ‘Request for registration’ form. If you complete the form by hand, please write in block capitals and remember all punctuation marks. You can then take the completed form with you to the RNI service counter where you intend to register.
